To be eligible for a return, the watch must meet all of the following conditions:
- The watch must be in the same condition as received
- Unworn, unused, and free from any signs of wear or damage
- Returned with all original packaging, protective films, and accessories
- Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase
Any item that shows signs of wear, resizing, use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Timeframe
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests made outside this timeframe will not be accepted
All return requests must be approved by our support team before shipping the item back.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Normal wear and tear after delivery
- Damage caused by improper use, impact, or accidents
- Water damage due to misuse
- Any modification, disassembly, or repair by third parties
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer (model, size, or specification)
- Delays caused by customs, logistics providers, or force majeure events

- The watch is dead on arrival (DOA) due to a confirmed movement defect

We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

- If approved, a refund or replacement will be arranged accordingly
Inspection typically takes 7–14 business days.

- Transaction fees, handling fees, or shipping costs are non-refundable
