We provide a clear, transparent, and structured after-sales warranty policy to offer continued peace of mind after your purchase.


12-Month Limited Warranty (Movement Only)

All watches are covered by a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery, strictly limited to the movement (mechanical components).

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Internal movement malfunctions
  • Timekeeping inaccuracies or irregular time deviation
  • Power reserve–related issues
  • Manufacturing defects directly related to the movement mechanism

If any movement-related issue occurs within the warranty period, we will repair the movement free of charge or replace the movement/watch, depending on the situation.


Exclusions – Not Covered by Warranty

This warranty does not cover external parts, cosmetic issues, or physical damage, including but not limited to:

  • Scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear
  • Water damage caused by improper use or misuse
  • Crystal, bezel, bracelet, clasp, crown, dial, or hands
  • Damage caused by impact, mishandling, or accidents
  • Any damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly or repair attempts
  • Any modification or repair performed by third-party technicians

Warranty Claim Procedure

To ensure a smooth and efficient service process, customers must follow the steps below:

1. Contact Our Support Team

Please contact us via email, SMS, or WhatsApp and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the movement-related problem (if available)

Our support team will review the information and guide you through the next steps.


2. Return the Watch for Inspection

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the watch back to the address provided by our support team
  • We strongly recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking
  • Please ensure the watch is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit

3. Inspection & Repair

Upon receiving the watch:

  • Our technicians will diagnose the movement issue
  • Warranty repairs typically take 10–21 business days, depending on parts availability

4. Return Shipping After Repair

Once the repair is completed, we will ship the watch back to the customer.


Important Warranty Conditions

  • Any unauthorized opening, disassembly, or repair attempt will immediately void the warranty
  • Customers must cooperate with standard shipping, customs, and documentation procedures if required
  • The warranty covers movement repairs only and does not include return shipping costs to us
